Author Topic: I ran 3.5 miles without stopping  (Read 3432 times)

I don't know if I pushed myself too far or not, but it's challenging to walk today.

For my weight-lifting final back in highschool part of it we had to run 3 miles, I was the first to finish but I had to sit down because I was about to pass out and felt like I was going to throw up.
I know the feeling.
My stamina isn't great (maybe a little above average) and when I do paced running for around 3 - 6 minutes straight I always feel like I'm going to throw up.
I always feel I push myself quite hard when running. : I

Your muscles hurt, right? I get that sometimes the day after PE if we were doing fitness/running.

I've actually ran the mile only once in my life. It wasn't timed. I was mad.

I used to run 2 miles every day
Then I moved. :C

I used to run 3 miles everyday, then I took an arrow to the knee.

I can only run for a short period of time before my legs almost literally set fire

I have no sweat glands in my legs

The farthest I've ever tried is a 5k, 3.2 miles.  I could've done 4 probably though.
