females take up space, especially in a room where they feel privacy is needed and potentially needed for an unnecessarily long amount of time
Privacy was a no no at this place... Especially when the bathroom door broke.

As for boats. I like bass fishing boats because they're not over sized and won't cap size very easy unless you start rocking it.
