I just crack 3 eggs into a mixing jug, whisk and add a small amount of milk then whisk again then put a knob of butter into a frying pan, turn up the hob to the highest temperature available to melt the butter then pour the whisked eggs into the pan and let it solidify once the butter starts bubbling.
Stir every 5-10 seconds and separate the solidified clumps of egg using a spoon to create scrambled egg, once it's all solidified take the pan off the hob and serve immediately as the eggs will continue to cook in the pan.
Takes about 3 minutes, maybe, add pepper once cooked for flavour (Do not add while cooking, it makes it smell weird)
