My dad built something like this. I'd assume it's super fast.
Very. Just returned from a local supermaket to look for tires for my Gitane, I was commuting with local traffic and I was keeping up with the cars. A motorcyclist looked at me funny while I passed him. I am now quite worried, I may need a speedometer for the bike.
oh stuff monday that bike is lookin super entrepreneur
whered you steal it from i need one like that
It was donated to me, the man was going to throw it away but because he new my fascination with older cycles, he gave it to me. He grew up using this bike, was quite proud to see me riding it today
Jesus christ, how the hell do you ride that thing? Looks unstable.
90% of road cycles are like this aside from the handlebars. If you're fond with MTBs these bikes can be wobbly at first but you will notice the speed and efficiency difference VERY quickly
How the heck do those handles work, they look really uncomfortable
It's quite simple really, the only danger is when your hands are on the drop-down part of the bars, in order to break you need to grasp the bullhorns, which in turn can cost you some wobbles and POSSIBLY a wipeout.
