He's not dismissing the thread.
The whole, "No dismissive posts" rule is primarily an amendment to the whole, "No Spamming" global rule because of the fact it makes coming into a thread and posting just to say you don't care ban-able.
The subject of the thread is that Socky is spamming quotes from dolan comics, and by saying, "Deal w/ it" he's implying that it's a joke and you guys are taking it way too seriously. All he's doing is making a counterargument. There's a difference.
