All the more reason to NOT be able to break dirt. If you have those random events that cause mass destruction, people could just hide in their dirt houses. Or people could just hide from everyone else until the last two then go out and kill him. Thats just lame.

I say keep dirt unbreakable and keep the "only able to place blocks in chests" rule.

Hm. Alright I'll remove that. You should be able to break dirt if you fall into a trap though.
