When I open up my server, no one can join.

No I'm not new to opening up a server, its just problems that I'm having. So when I open up a server no one can join it. But this goes on and off from time to time, meaning some days people CAN join, then other days they CAN'T join. I have also tried the Firewall options and all that. I just need some help.  :(

Try enabling or disabling UPnP in Options >> Network >> [] "Disable UPnP." If it still doesn't work, try port forwarding, although it isn't required by the game anymore.

I've been having this problem too all my friends in finland have tryed to host and it says ping ---
And when I try to host it does the same. What country do you live in?

That's not going to help.
I've seen the guide, and what he's dealing with has to do with his connection, firewall ports, port forwarding, stuff that's kind of outside of the help guide.

A: if you've port forwarded, try re-port forwarding.
otherwise, enable uPnP
