You basically bragged about committing a crime.  (For those who don't know, RAT stands for remote access tool.  You trick someone into installing your rat, then you do whatever you want with their computer). 

I'm going to have to deactivate all your keys - you're forcing me to.  You have been banned multiple times, you've bragged about hacking multiple times, you launched a ddos attack on my Blockland server, and now you've basically declared your intent to launch social engineering attacks against people in the community.  I can't let you stay here.

I believe that this all traces back to Okiver asking us for a list of IP addresses of every player in that one topic. He somehow obtained a bunch of ours, including mine. He then continued to explain to me how he could launch said DDOS attacks, and could actually remotely shut down our Internet and stuff.

Really? Get a life, friend. Stop wasting your money on Blockland, obviously you're not wanted here anymore, by anyone.
