Who originally made the ion cannon? I have it installed. (Since I have it installed, I might use it for killing green pigs! Look at my photo.)

I think he means the Author's name in the description.txt isn't there. Not the whole file being missing.
Ive seen this done with fake names put in the authors spot. (Your Mother, L337 H4X0R, Douche Pickle, and a bunch of others)
