GIF resizing help!

hey guys, i'm trying to make this into a 75x75 GIF of crisp quality on gimp, but it won't stop using the aspect ratio so i can't resize it to 75X75. anyone, help?

i'm not begging for you guys to do it FOR me, though that would be very nice and i would draw you a picture.

also this is the image:


so yes. either A)how to turn off the aspect ratio or B) be a dear and do it for me

you don't need to change the aspect ratio, just resize the larger side (in this case width) to 75px.

if you want it perfectly 75x75, you can resize the smaller number (height) to 75, then crop the image's width off so it forms a square.
