This is the 4th time the site has gone down. I have not advertised my own site for a long time so I haven't created 'Hype' for my site in a long time.

OK, So I've emailed Dreamhost and it seems like if I police and manage the files that users upload and remove files that sound like they are copyrighted I may be able to get my account back. This will mean that staff of BJwayMods Media will sacrifice time each day to go over a log of uploaded files and delete illegal files. This also requires a few other music formats to be blocked as well. As far as the current files stand, I'll give users a day to back up their files and I'll proceed to clear the files and start fresh. I'll post the date if the files are still there after the suspension is lifted if it is lifted at all.

because BL makes less than 25% of the traffic and alienating other communities is a bad idea.

The other 75% is people pirating tv shows? Maybe you should check the referring page and only respond to links clicked from the blockland/rtb forums or whatever other communities you're interested in.
