I'm placing a bet on the collapse of North Korea within the next 5 years. Anybody else want to wager? They're obviously getting so desperate as to make empty threats, it's obvious that they're trying to distract the world from the fact that the country is slowly dying.

I'll counter that with a bet that North Korea will totally take over the world within the next 5 years and totally not collapse quickly because everyone will totally love living under the wonderful regime.
