They are not getting any money because SMART people like me, who DON'T like to do surveys just to download 1 SIMPLE file. Even if it says "abc".
Now, getting to the point, have YOU gotten any money lately? Most likely no.

Now, most of the internet community does NOT  like doing surveys.

A LOT of the internet does not like to give out their information, just do download 1 file.

I'd just ignore it and maybe block him from the service depending what policies the website upheld. Lol.
