Author Topic: Add-on making services required in the near future.  (Read 2110 times)

I was thinking that when i get a Pay-pal account up and running, that i would request a certain add-on to be made, in return for the add-on ( depending on the addon you make) You will get paid. What i was thinking is, Based on the type of addon such as a weapon, vehicle, or server mod. The amount of money you get will vary. I Use US.Dollars. But here's what i think is a good price for a certain item. user will get 4$ per weapon, 8$ per vehicle, 14$ each server mod ( such as an advanced RP mod or something along the lines of that) Bonus 25$ a pack. Please do not suggest it should be for example, 15$ a weapon. I'm not that wealthy. Lol. Please tell me what you think if this is a good idea, or what not. You can also PM me or contact me by my skype William_banman or Steam Gman67267

Yes i am quite aware on how to do that. and yes i do.

it would be a good idea but you're facing the question of whether or not modders have paypal accounts

i doubt that most of them even have a credit card, though debit card may be another question

at least you're not buying a private mod, that's frowned upon in this community

Good point, but it wouldn't hurt to try to motivate people these days.

But what im really looking for is a server mod with features such as, a backpack gui ( used to store a limited number of items) level up system ( ill probably throw in 2-3$ extra for that c: ) Radio channels, local chat, hunger/oxygen system. Yeah pretty much packed into one add-on. Hell i might as well add another couple of dollars for the effort so that would be atleast 18$ total for that one mod.

im willing to pay for a private made mod that only can be given to me.

need a completed high quality terrain generator. with many specific needs.
though i got a guy who started it, maybe i can get him to finish it :D

Although i made this topic for me requesting items, i suppose other people willing to pay for a mod can request here aswell. ;P

Oh God, isn't that like, bannable? I think Baddy frowns on it. though, Red_Guy is selling a medieval pack for $5.

I'm the one Willing to pay for a mod that almost no-one would just make for you. Not many people do this at all, It's my money, banning someone for using their money in their own way, seems a bit rash and would most likely be frowned upon by half of the community. so this should be fine.

Hunger and oxygen mod are already made (released), and multiple people have made backpack mods (unreleased).

I'm sure if it was Badspot would post here before banning him.

The potential problem I see is that the scripts and any 3D models for the add-on must be solely made by the one person. No copy-pasting.
It's not a good idea to take money for something that somebody else made.

@Red I know but like i said i would want it quite custom, and compiled into one add-on.

I see your point phy, but i'm willing to get atleast one mod.
