Screens not starting
I'm assuming there's an issue with the video card.
I'll probably just go to a store and get it checked out.

No. When you plug your laptop into your TV, the video card is still rendering, just onto a different screen.

I've had this laptop for 4 loving months. Guess I'm computerless/gameless for about 3 months now.
