Hey guys, so I know a fair amount of you are pot smokers, and a few of you know quite a bit about health, so here's a quote from a post I made on another forum, try and help me out;

Hey guys, so I recently applied for a second job, and they contacted me back incredibly fast (and by incredibly fast, I mean 4 hours later). Well, this is my first time going through this sort of application process, so I have no idea how it works in terms of DT's and such. Well, I took a decent length tolerance break, I started on March 28th, and I went up until April 20th. I smoked an incredible amount of weed over the holiday weekend though. And then I didn't smoke again until today (only like 2 hits out of a cig hitter). 12% or so body fat.

So my final question is;

Does Niacin actually work? I heard it just helps you metabolize the fat faster which in turn essentially burns out the THC. Now, I'm assuming I won't get the job right after the first interview, so I figure I've got a bit over a week and a half to get clean. If I do get the job first interview, worst case scenario is that I'd have to take the DT sometime early next week. The interview is Monday at 14:00 / 02:00PM.

Another thing I should probably throw in here is the fact that my Grandmother is visiting from out of town, because of this I'm staying with my mom to help out my Grandmother with whatever she decides to be doing during the day. Well, the worst part about it is that she's a Doctor, so I can't really go with the quick detox kits that make you all red and stuffty looking, because that bitch will catch on right away, and I don't need her questioning me.

I further would like to say that I apologize for the repeat thread that is here very often, but after searching quite a bit, I couldn't find what I needed.

Also a note, I read that drinking a ton of water doesn't actually help? My current regimen for getting there is; tons of water, tons of green tea, and cranberry pills (gonna have to pick some up tomorrow), and niacin if it actually works.

Well you would have to burn fat to not come up positive, so exercise a ton. I read somewhere that if you're rather skinny it could take as little as 2 weeks to come up clean.

Well, I work out 3-4 times a week, but I run a mile and a half daily. I may as well just start doing it in sweatpants and a sweater and sweating a stuffload.

You should be good, unless its a hair test. But if its just a normal job and not some high security clearance job you should be good.
