Hello, I need some help. I changed my email and I just had to re install blockland and I can't access my key. Is it possible for my email to be changed? Thanks.

If you have proof of your purchase, like a receipt, you can contact support@blockland.us with the proof and have them resend your key to the new address.

I emailed them like 4 months ago, and they still haven't replied, but I just sent another.  I also don't have a receipt, but I have all the info such as the email I registered it with and my BLID.

If you still happen to have any install of blockland left copy the "key.dat" file into the new Blockland.


i mean, do you still have the same IP address?
if you have the same ip address thats also proof.

My IP address periodically changes, so no.

Hopefully, because my BLID is 10219. I don't want to get rid of such a great BLID as that.  :3 And yes, this forum acct is linked to 10219. So yes.


Oh, the ultimate ID I think is 11111, but I sadly don't have it.  :3
