Substitute Teachers

I don't know if it's just me, but I really hate when we get substitute teachers in school, because it's like they have never taught before or they aren't even a teacher. Like, it's always some person with an accent that seems like they don't even know English well and they just pay some random person to come and give work that our normal teacher left us for the day.

our subs are just random teachers that are free
the other teacher leaves work and if not we get fun stuffs

Ahrm. Substitues are mostly there to keep us in order, they can't be expected to pick up the subject with a hole new group.
We had a sub recently, he did it rather well.
