The man could very well be in relation of the person who attacked Menen, as he looks an awful lot like him. Also, Mark could still be all worked up by the last thing that happened, so my first suggestion might be his first decided action if he was still feeling like this.

The name could be related to a future event that could take place in the game. It's like that for a lot of things.

The name is quite generally about the entire thing- There's alot of lying, the main characters dont know who's in control of the terrorist attacks, hence the truth is shrouded.
