No, if you don't wear a jumpsuit the universe breaks. Players are forced to have jumpsuits. They can choose between Male and Female, female having the only woman face and a thin waste, males having the default waste and can choose their face (if appropriate, it's fine.) You won't be able to change your face while you're on the server either.
