There is this fella who keeps forgetin around pissing off everyone and its starting to tick me and everyone off and I don't know what to do.
Should I take it in my own hands?
Should I let someone else do it?
What should I do. I'm open for suggestions. (No i'm not reporting him to the principal because they rarely help in these situations, I know I experienced they're "help")
My friend tells me to make him realize what he's doing, my dad says beat the stuff out of him, my sister says to ignore him.... I don't know what to do I really don't.

Please note: Reasoning doesn't work because he is an extremely stubborn and ignorant individual. He's more stubborn than I am.
I can't report him because all they do is make things worse, every time, I never seen it make it things better because when they do report someone the idiots give out names and then they will hunt you down and start a fight.
Someone else: I never wanted to fight but when it starts coming down to the last resort there isn't a thing I can quite to at this point, if I do reason I or someone else would have to break his jaw before he understands.
I don't want to fight, I really don't.
