Well aside from grammar (Yes I know i'm uneducated because I was stupid and chose work over school)

First I would try talking to him nicely one last time and if he starts refusing then I start raising my voice more and more and if he keeps on refusing and making smart ass remarks then I'm going to resort to some type of violence making him realize that I wasn't kidding, after that and he's still being a idiot it'll only get worse and worse. And if I can break his attitude then I'll just have to break his jaw.

You could either attempt to befriend him, or you could tell on him for his behavior, and leave it up to the higher authorities.
