Author Topic: How come my 720P monitor looks terrible when I play my gamecube on it?  (Read 1036 times)

When I use it for a computer monitor, its fine. When I switch to composite connection, the quality is stuff. Is there a way to use a digital signal for a gamecube?

It's because the Gamecube graphics are stuff

The console is pulling you down

game cube only goes up 460(? might be 360)p

:C. The thing is, the quality was crystal clear on my old glass TV (which was bigger). The cable for T.V quality is really bad too. Its a 19.5 inch TV/HDMI/VGA/Composite TV made by Sanyo.

Gamecube has fantastic graphics

Take the Metroid Prime games for example

they had absolutely excellent graphics and were on the Gamecube

hey, um, this is a wee bit awkward

but

here's a better quality avatar for you

Its blended on purpose, but thanks anyway.

Get a component cable.

Get a component cable.
Whats the difference? I plugged the composite cable into the component jacks once and it turned black and white with no sound.

when will people learn that size of screen has nothing to do with resolution.

you take an old console that only gets up to 480, and stretch it on something higher, and it looks like stuff.

Yeah. I play MP and Need for Speed and they looked love on my old TV. Now they look like aids on my new one D:.
