Do I need to re-install blockland if i'm on another account?

So, recently I had made a new account. But when I tried to play blockland (by opening the install location) it said that I needed to run it by using the launcher. And I didn't see a launcher anywhere.

If you are running Windows, check C:\Blockland\BlocklandLauncher.exe.
If you are running Mac OS X, check /Applications/BlocklandLauncher.app.
