Return To Blockland wont install

I've had this problem and looked at nearly all the tutorials, but they don't help.

I have Windows 7, one day i decided to get RTB. I installed it and it didn't work. All i did was open up all my downloads (not on an internet browser) and moved click+dragged it to the add-on file. I didn't open the file, i just dragged it to the whole thing. (Blockland was closed while i did this FYI) i opened up blockland to see that it had to same front page layout. Nothing had changed.

I would like to know if i did anything wrong during the process.
If you need any more information please ask i would really like to get this worked out and easily make awesome servers again.

the same thing happend to me, and nothin happens but i dont have windows 7. I also couldnt find my add-on's folder i checked the entire cpu data base, Memory, and everything else! i dint get one! i checks over ten times! i just can't find it. the only add-ons i found was a website. I dont know how that got there but id does nothing but put me on a website that says "Location could not be found" "Try these suggestions" and i did but nothing happend as usual. Download Internet Explorer 8 or Open it up Now or you will pay

Type in Return to blockland On http://www.google.com/

Now use a MOUSE and click download

click save as  Than |My Documents/Blockland/Addons|

Make sure the COMPRESSED folder is called System_Returntoblockland
