My keyboard stopped working

My keyboard randomly stops working while I was typing something it is a wireless keyboard and I kept diss connecting the USB port a bunch of times but still nothing and the batteries on it are new.

I have this same issue cept with the mouse.

I just have my mic plugged in and that's all that's pretty much next to it besides my mouse

Just get a wired keyboard.

were they batteries included with the keyboard? either way, it wouldn't hurt to try a different set of batteries.
if that doesn't work, it's most likely a connection problem and it might not hurt to buy a new keyboard.
