Damn, if you would be licensed to drive I would say whenever it gets to you just head out and go somewhere. Drive around blasting music. That's usually what I do when something is bothering me.

In your case though I'd just say do the same thing except without a car. Whenever stuff goes down just head out and walk somewhere or just walk around in general. Head to a friends or something just to hangout. Anything to take your mind off of it. Problems like these suck. Problems which can't be fixed right away. But sometimes it feels good to just go out and forget about everything, even if its only for an hour or two.
