sorry but i just kinda sorta lost the interest

so here's how you make those avatars:

1. draw random stuff on http://puu.sh/NNUy
2. enlarge width to 184 with maintain proportions and nearest neighbor on
3. make new 184x184 image
4. copy guy to a separate layer above the white background
5. add Glow effect, ramp the contrast all the way down (or up)
