I prefer can because each one is like new and 2 liter bottles die quickly :(

Sometimes, when in company though usually not.

If its strong alcohol, then not really.
Anything else, if it's a small bottle, then I drink out of bottle, if it's a big bottle then either glass or bottle.

When I go to Jordan the glass ones are only 15 cents :)
The cans are 35-50.
