All it is is turntable with video.
turntable only allows 5 djs to play in a line.
plug.dj allows a good list of people to be in line so you can always have your turn. probably not explaining this well enough but just think of it as more DJs.
also, the "with a video" is a good thing because you don't need to have the song downloaded or in the website's database in order to use it, you can just grab it from youtube or soundcloud.
^this also basically reduces importing time with songs, because with MP3 files it can take a good number of minutes to get a couple songs uploaded but with plug.dj's system it's near instant.
though i just wish there was a way to check a bunch of videos in a results list and batch add those.
