Author Topic: Why is aerial spraying bad for loggers?  (Read 1148 times)

so why are spraying pesticides over forests bad for lumberers and loggers? help please :(
any feedback is good in my situation

Just a wild guess here, But don't they have bad chemicals in them which harm humans?

Because pesticides are actually government-distributed seeds for mutant eggplants.

Every drop of that stuff that hits the ground will turn into a small mutant eggplant and attack the middle of Nowhere in a few hundred years.

Well its a health hazard, I guess you could split that one into 3 different sections. Such as what kind of effect it has on people.

it can hurt the trees, and poison the soil so more trees can't grow maybe?

oh lord where is Sheath when I need him
thanks so far though guys

I need a few more ideas though :\

Honestly there are no other possibilities other then it being a health hazard, just look up what effects pesticides have on humans and choose three.

maybe the chemicals eat away at the equipment causing economic problems?

Just memorize all the chemical names ans why they are harmful and you'll look smart.

alright guys this is what I have so far

1. HEALTH HAZARD
Loggers are working in the forests, and people are spraying pesticides and insecticides from above, and are not aware of loggers. It is a serious health risk for them. It will give them fatigue, nausea, breathing problems, sometimes cancer and on the extreme occasion even death. If we get ill from aerial spraying, then we can’t make money, and the marketing of logs will drop.

2. PESTICIDES IN WOOD
If Aerial Spraying continues to happen, the pesticides get into the wood, which effects logger’s pay. The pesticides also get into the soil, and then it kills the trees. Trees that don’t grow mean no money for the loggers. There is also no wood to distribute either, so amount of trees distributed among companies will decrease. The pesticides can be carried throughout the forest with the aid of the wind, too. So it won’t just affect one spot, it will affect the entire region.

3. CHEMICALS EAT AWAY AT EQUIPMENT
The pesticides and other chemicals that come from aerial spraying can rust and corrupt the equipment of the loggers. If that happens, the government could have economic problems from the loss of heavy equipment and machinery.

does it sound acceptable?
