I only experience the guilt in RPG's but thats because I play each character with a persona. Sometimes more evil than others.

I advise you to listen to the dialogue of the GTA characters in game. Since GTA is a massive satire, all the people are complete starfishs. On top of that, you can't really kill people. They always get back up.
