Author Topic: A fast drawing I made of a boat-New drawing added to OP  (Read 2332 times)

Wrong model boat. The one in the pic I forgot to mention is suppose to be one of those Trojan war boats.
It's better than yours anyways?  I don't see why it matters what boat, you're just trying to win a silly arguement and you're losing.

To be fair, he's only a greenhorn level drawer, and I would be more than happy to show him a few tips and pointers to help improve his art. It's good as it is and I don't think there is any "better" boat to be made by a "different" person. Each drawing is good in it's own way.

His attitude is what gets me though.  His drawing is okay, but it really isn't good for what he was trying to draw.

Simple. He can learn to take criticism calmly and efficiently instead of taking it as a challenge to a roosterfighting contest. Which is pretty much his one primary need.

You're only argument was "Its better than yours." Just pointing it out.
For the record its not much because there was a few factors on why it looked that way. Also when I was drawing it that wasn't even my intention it just shaped up that way. Almost all my drawings start with a line that I hope makes a good drawing in the end.

Lets see your great drawings.

Come on friends, let's not turn this into a storm. There is no challenging needed here. And criticism shouldn't be taken with a grain of salt completely.

You don't have to be a chef to know good food.
I don't have to show you any of my drawings simply because I said yours wasn't any good.
This topic is also pointless, if everyone posted their mediocre drawings in its own topic the creativity thread would be filled up.  Just post your drawings where everyone else does, you aren't special or above anyone else to need your own topic.

I made a new topic so get over it.

Also don't get pissed when I take something as a challenge, I can turn almost anything into a challenge.

You're an ass.
I don't see why I defended you in the first place seeing how you act out like this.

Implying that that is everyone's intention when they make their own topic. He is not obligated to post his art in the drawings "megathread". And creativity wouldn't be filled if people posted outside of that thread in particular anyway. I was here long before that topic came into existence and there was no overload that I had seen.

Doesn't mean you should.

You have the attitude of an 8 year old. Grow the forget up. Jesus...

Challenging is a habit. I'll try to break that one on the forums.
