if you're using paint.net you gotta enable nearest neighbor when resizing

Are you using Paint.NET?

Not Microsoft Paint, use Paint.NET

then you're not using paint.net.

sucks for me :c windows xp doesn't allow paint.net..

you should be able to use paint.net on win xp
