also, when drawing fire start with a soft orange silhouette, then gradually go lighter in the center
and try making the center really pop with white transparent brushes

the tree and skeleton are pretty good, but if i saw that fire i'd run like hell

mostly because you broke a stuffload of physics laws and tried to shade transparent light-creating flames as if they were an opaque physical object with a little lightbulb inside
