The perspective is wrong, otherwise nice idea.


Scaled down and scaled up in order to look pixelated.
It's probably not rescaled, because if I did that, it would look blurred. I used the Pixelate in Paint.net.

What do you guys use to make these?

I've been using photoshop with gridlines, but i'm not sure if that's the best way.

Paint.NET with a canvas set to the exact grid size, then scaled up using Nearest Neighbor by something such as 200%, 400% or 600%.

If you look closely none of the colors blend together like on the tank. It only has 38 colors making up all of the shading and including transparent.
