One, that makes it VERY blurry

Resampling: Nearest Neighbor

I mean so tiny you cant see it without zooming in.

Yeah
That's pixel art.

ok
ill just upload what looks like a blank white image, but really secretly its pixel art

One, that makes it VERY blurry, and two, I mean so tiny you cant see it without zooming in.
in the resize menu theres a drop down menu that can be changed to Nearest Neighbor
i think it's right above Change by Percentage

and any pixel art can be seen at 100%, even a single black pixel is noticeable on a white page.

yes as microscopic proportions.

yes as microscopic proportions.
conversation playback w/commentary:

> how do you make pixel art with ms paint? (reasonable question)
>> zoom in, use pencil (reasonable answer)
> yeah but how do you do that without it being really tiny? (mildly reasonable question)
>> pixel art is tiny (unhelpful but true statement)
>> use the resize tool (mildly helpful but vague answer)
> yeah but that makes it blurry (excellent question because this is a common problem)
>> use nearest neighbor (reasonably helpful but still slightly vague answer)
> fine i'll just upload a blank image as pixel art (suddenly an aggravated response despite the advice we gave you?)
>> friendalert.png (unhelpful, but suggests you are being ridiculous)
>> if you zoom out to 100%, any pixel art, even a single pixel, is noticeable (statement in hopes of clearing up your confusion with how big pixel art really is)
> microscopic propotions (wtf)
>> resize it in mspaint (right back where we started)

i don't get what you're asking, but you aren't asking very well.

the "use nearest neighbor" was the answer :u I don't know what the forget gsterman is even doing anymore
make your art. if you need to scale it up, save another copy and scale it up

yes as microscopic proportions.
Unless you have an XHD monitor in 1 inch screen (And even then you would be able), you would be able to see 1 pixel.

this isn't rocket science, people

here's step 1, you've got your pixel art icon for minecraft you (read: I) made

and then you zoom out and you're all "aw forget, it's all tiny and stuff!"

but then you remember you can resize stuff, so then you're like "stuff son, I can just set it to Nearest Neighbor!"

aw yeah, look at this fine-ass bitch, and that's at 100% zoom, not 1600% like before!

thank you reg
it's not that hard
