Colors are washed out because I used the C16 color pallet and the art is bad because I suck at arms

Individual sprites are in 32x48 size, and I also threw in the C16 + C64 colorsets for hipster nostalgia
Arms are made to be attatched seperately so animations can be blended (sword swinging + running, grappling + wall sliding, etc)

That New Minsk tileset isn't going to be used anymore so feel free to use it if you want to.
