made a space ship thingy

I guess it could be concept art for a side scrolling space shooter but I cannot code for stuff so I suppose it'll just be here

the charge is based on seconds, charge for 7 seconds and you get maximum damage (which is -7), seconds seems reaaaly long and there isn't really anything that shows what power you're at but I'll fix that later
