okay, it may be plausible that he can be bathed, but someone who works to stay alive would most likely not include haircuts and new clothes
A bowlcut can be done with any old bowl and a pair of rusted scissors and those clothes could've been really cheap.
I'm not saying that it can't be fake, but if you're going to make such accusations you should come up with more concrete evidence than "Oh! He has clothes and a bowl-cut, it must be some made up story!!!"
