well i've never viewed it and hopefully i still won't

Yesterday I accidentally googled "16 year old with big tits" and I love this law I dont want to be arrested for accidentally watching the video :/

watching a research video with a kid watching child research

researchCEPTION

except opinions arent ever factual

lol
"i don't like tilapia because it is fish" opinion is I don't like tilapia, fact is that it is a fish.

forget yes, this was handicapped and it's good they finally fixed this, I hope other states follow as well.

Looking for a way to justify your loli.

Isn't this just encouraging child enthusiasm?

If I come onto these forums and post CP and you open the topic and it loads you can now go to jail even if you did not know the content of the page.

There should be a clause of that's the case.

Otherwise it still seems like it would encourage child enthusiasm.

That's the point of the law. Did you even read the story?

But it would be hard to prove an accident or not an accident.

Any law regarding the internet is kind of a mess.

Haha hard to prove? loving impossible is more correct who are they going to believe, the possible child enthusiast saying "I never even saw that!" or the tip they got?

And this is why your history and search history are put I to question . If I searched "lovey tits" and a 12 year old pops up, I was obviously not looking for that, and anything older than 16 is hard to put a specific age to, so you could just say "well i wasn't looking for child research." i think the law is mainly to stop love offender status via loveting.
