I just noticed that when my left hand is idle between typing up homework or even just surfing internets that it sits at

"Pinkie on shift, ring finger on A, middle finger between W and S, index finger on D, and thumb on spacebar."

instead of

"Pinkie on A, ring on S, middle on D, index on F, and thumb on spacebar."

Note: I use a standard QWERTY keyboard.
