Your tv is only a 1080p so any graphics card will be fine, size has nothing to do with strain on the gpu.

Instead of being a douche, I reccommend the AMD ATI Radeon HD 7770. Depending on the manufacturer, the price will be from $125 to $145. The specs are amazing and it's stock clock speed is 1000MHz
