get a 3 blade razor and some shaving cream with aloe to make your skin hurt less. you're probably using a dull razor or something.

I have really awkward facial hair
there are a bunch of little hair and on my neck theres this huge ass long hair
I guess that one spot in my skin develops hair faster

Using a brand new six blade head with the ProGlide Power handle and some of Gillette's best shaving gel. It's my hair most likely.

don't shave then, i dunno. maybe you're pressing down too hard or something, the only time i've felt the way you described was when i used a dull razor with no shaving cream, just water. surprisingly i didn't actually cut myself.
