I'm joining track next year and I need some tips on exercising plans.
I'd also like to know if anyone has ever placed in track.

I was in Track. Shot put and discus. All the other guys are pretty dang big, and here's me at 160 lbs. making varsity.

its basically the monday sport guis

blockland forums do not associate with mondays nor exercise so if you're looking for anyone to even respond with an educated response, you're dreaming.

i can run fast but for like 30 seconds

It's come to a point where if I get out of my office chair I will almost pass out.

I was our fastest distance senior. My best event was the 2-mile, lol. Do lots of abs, and leg work.
