I'm downloading Blender 2.63. Got any tips besides:

To export to .dts you will need 2.49b or earlier and the .dts exporter script.
Somewhere on the forums there is a link the download a version with the script already there (recommended)

Which download do I want? Blender 2.49b with pre-installed Python and DTS exporter, right?

Erm... I extracted it to a new folder I made, then tried to run the application, it says: "This application has failed to start because acvodec-52.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.

Well, with blender I couldn't even figure out how to rotate the camera... I might get Milkshape besides the fact that it is, wait for it:
