Not possible unless the client using the decal/face has a specific add-on and the server has a specific add-on and the decal/face.

I seriously don't see a point in the faces/decals section of RTB if people need to download the face/decal to see it on other players.

exactly, this is what i hate. i used to have some good faces and decals when i first got blockland, but i deleted them all the second i found out that only you could see them.

I made a face once and someone, when I asked them, told me what my face looked like, accurately, and said that he hadn't downloaded it.

Question. What if the gui loader only was used for one person, And when the gui showed you the selection of that persons decals you could download them instead of Endlessly installing the face, after clicking the link and so forth.

I'm pretty sure the server's host can add an empty (maybe not empty)client file to the .zip, and it will force people to join to download the face
besides being the host and doing that, I think you're out of luck, OP
