I would recommend pecon as admin, if we could vote.

Why? Is it because he made a really famous server? Besides pecon has been banned before, so that must drastically make his chances fall of being a admin.

The forums need a few new moderators. 3 moderators for 37000+ people is not enough.

I think each main board should have it's own moderators to monitor what goes on specifically in their board.
Right now there are several boards that are rarely checked by moderators and because of that, things slide.
