The forums need a few new moderators. 3 moderators for 37000+ people is not enough.

Only like 100-1000 of those people are active and posting.

I think Badspot only gives admin/moderator to people he knows and works with.

It has nothing to do with your reputation or how long you've been around, take Bisjac for example.

Dunno if anyone has already said this but I'm pretty sure bad spot knows Bisjac personally.
