Monetization is a great perk. Just remember you need to be 18+, don't try and forget around with Google and use false details. Or you could have a legal guardian or parent create an adsense account, then associate it with your YouTube page so the earnings show up there. Just make sure your parent isn't handicapped and tries to steal the earnings from you lolol.

No. You must get permission for all commercial content, including music, video, sound affects, pictures-- absolutely everything. You must have the license to use the content royalty free for commercial and non-commercial gains (such as a Creative Commons license of some sort, lots of free music & sound efffect websites use these) or you must have permission from the copyright holder. Alternatively, if you are the copyright holder, you don't have to do anything.
That video features game content, and you will need permission from Valve or whoever to include it in your video unless you are partnered with an organization like Machinima or the creators have specifically stated anybody can film and profit from game shots (which is 0.01% likely).
